She wanted to get in touch with her body again… she wanted to find acceptance.

She came to me not wanting a drill sergeant or a boot camp. She didn’t want to lose 10-15 pounds as fast as possible. She wanted to learn how to lose weight for good.
She wanted the full package. She wanted to forge a new relationship with movement and with food.
